Catina
Origin story:
AIA, the American Institute of Architects, had an entity that created legal documents for individuals and companies to use in their projects.
This entity broke off from AIA and is now it’s own company.
About:
Catina gives companies and individuals the ability to have trusted legal documents for their building projects.
From website:
Catina is a digital platform company that decreases risk and increases efficiency in the building industry. Through our partnership with The American Institute of Architects, as well as proprietary technology, we power AIA Contract Documents and other innovations that enable architects, contractors, building owners and others to build smart.
